We had the best Thanksgiving here on the South Plains! I started cooking around 6 a.m. and we ate about 3 p.m. We were done in 15 minutes! The food was paired down some, since I have been sick, but I got 10 stamps of approval! Afterwards we ventured out in the 45 degree weather and walked to the park to play. The entire weekend was picture perfect, and if you know our family, that is a powerful statement!!!Pictured above is a craft that I managed to get the girls to do. The 5 girls who are in school each made a turkey (incase you were wondering) for their teacher, and I encluded loaf of pumpkin bread. The girls had fun and it sounds like the teachers loved them, definently unique!
